NAMI

NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults (18+) with mental health conditions. Groups are confidential, 90 minutes long, and meet weekly, biweekly, or monthly (varies by location). Led by trained individuals with mental health conditions, no specific medical therapy is endorsed.
