Security Comes Standard

- No images are ever saved on the driver’s phone
- Photos upload directly into our secure system
- Quicksilver remains HIPAA compliant
- Drivers are trained to avoid capturing images of people or surroundings, focusing only on the shipment
Prefer Not to Participate?
We respect that some customers or facilities may have photo restrictions. Here’s how we handle it:
- If your facility or a government location prohibits photos, the driver will upload a picture of their vehicle’s logo instead
- If a customer declines the photo, the delivery will still be completed without issue, and a vehicle logo photo will be submitted in place of the shipment
- Want to opt out entirely? Just call or email your local Quicksilver office and let us know. We’re happy to document your preferences.
